Question 1

What horticulture learning resource is available today?

Accepted Answer

The published, free Coastal BC Horticulture Field Guide is available as a printable PDF and one-page sample. It includes a visit checklist, write-in handoff prompts, and observation-led profiles for salal, sword fern, and evergreen huckleberry. It is a field resource, not a course or certification.

Question 2

What practical tools does the app currently include?

Accepted Answer

The current app includes plant knowledge and plant profiles, property care history and field notes, and job and crew workflows for organizing field work. These tools keep plant and property context close to the work being recorded.

Question 3

Is the field guide a complete plant catalogue or a treatment guide?

Accepted Answer

No. The public guide contains a few observation-led Coastal BC plant profiles and practical prompts; it does not claim to be a complete regional catalogue. Its examples support observation and handoffs, not diagnosis or treatment instructions. Plant records in the app can include crew scans and observation notes, but the app does not promise guaranteed identification.

Question 4

Are a professional course or certification available now?

Accepted Answer

The currently published learning resource is the free Coastal BC Horticulture Field Guide. A pilot conversation may explore professional learning needs and local plant context, but no course or certification is currently offered on this site.

Question 5

What are the current subscription prices?

Accepted Answer

The pricing page currently lists Starter at $29 CAD per month, Pro at $149 CAD per month, and Scale at $449 CAD per month. See the pricing page for the current plan descriptions and next steps.

Question 6

Does requesting a pilot conversation create an account or guarantee a reply?

Accepted Answer

No. The pilot form sends an inquiry for the owner to review; it does not sign you up for an account or provide login access. If the owner sees a fit for a pilot conversation, they may contact you at the email address you provide. Follow-up is conditional and is not guaranteed.

Question 7

How do I get member account access?

Accepted Answer

Member registration is a separate flow from the pilot inquiry. Use the Create member account page to register, or the Sign in page if you already have an account. A pilot inquiry does not create an account or grant login access.
